i) As soon as any player doesn't turn up for 4 or more weeks in the 13, the captain has the discretion to replace them with a player of equal or less ability.
ii) This is dependant on all Team captains agreeing to the appointment of this new player.
iii) The captain has the right to attribute all (or part of) the prize money to this new player if he sees fit.
iv) Of course prior agreements must be taken into account by the captain.
